Disrupt-X, an enterprise technology provider for the built environment, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Qudrat National Company (QNC), a Saudi Arabia-based facilities management company, on 6 October 2026, during AI Everything at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.
The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration to support the digitalization of QNC’s facilities management operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through Disrupt-X’s ALEF 360° Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform.
Through this collaboration, QNC intends to utilize ALEF 360° CAFM to digitize key processes across facility, asset, and maintenance management. The platform brings asset records, preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, and inspections into a centralized system, allowing teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maintain greater visibility over their operations.
By consolidating maintenance and asset information, ALEF 360° CAFM will support QNC in improving the planning, assignment, tracking, and completion of maintenance work. The collaboration also aims to strengthen operational coordination, facilitate more informed decision-making, and support consistent management practices across its facilities management activities.
Asim Sajwani, CEO of Disrupt-X, said, “Saudi Arabia continues to place strong emphasis on digital transformation across the built environment. Our collaboration with Qudrat National Company is an important step in supporting this shift by providing a unified platform that can strengthen asset management, maintenance coordination, and operational visibility.”
Ahmed Alsafadi, CEO of QNC, added, “At QNC , our focus is to deliver Total Integrated Facility Management through strong operational expertise, technology, and measurable service performance. Our collaboration with Disrupt-X supports this direction by strengthening asset visibility, maintenance coordination, and data-driven decision-making through ALEF 360°. This is an important step in advancing smarter, more efficient and sustainable facility management solutions across Saudi Arabia.”
The MOU reflects the shared commitment of both companies to strengthening digital facilities management within QNC’s operations. It provides a foundation for further cooperation as they explore the implementation of ALEF 360° CAFM across Qudrat’s facilities management activities.
